Radish is an edible root from brassica family, a very rich source of minerals like calcium and potassium. Radish comes in different colors, this make radish an eye catchy salad Crunchy in taste and pungent in flavor, a lot of people use it as substitute for onions. Ravishing radishes can be grown both in pots and earth, they can be transplanted too! Radish is a great fan of Full sun, but they can grow in part shade. They are a don’t bug me attitude vegetables and you need to watch out for weeds if you want to consume full harvest, hoick weeds from time to time, radishes don’t like competition! Only in 4 weeks your radishes will be ready! Seed preparation:  radish plants need cool soil, which is well drained, sandy, slightly acidic soil, rich in organic matter but not overly fertile. Sow radish seeds half inch deep, and 4 inch apart, if you are planning on thinning then consider sowing seeds in a row at a distance of 1 inches. Nutritional need of radish plant : radish does  just fine without any extra feeding, although they love coffee, you can consider your date with radishes! You can consume the spicy radish leaves too! Radish can be consumed both ways, raw and cooked, radish microgreens are a great salad addition too! Start growing them from august, in India.

Ingredients Finely chopped Radish leaves 3-4 bunches Tortilla sheets 4-6 tofu 250 gms 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Amchur powder 1 tablespoon mustard oil In you pan heat oil a bit, add radish chops. Add all masalas and saute for a 10 mins. Heat up your tortilla sheet, add radish filling, wrap it and eat it up!
