Full of antioxidants, cauli helps in weight loss, its got great properties when comes to wound healing, stimulating digestive tracks, developing red blood cells, I can go on and on! Cauliflower is my absolute favorite vegetable!
Maturity time: you’ll need to invest 60- 100 days if you are choosing to grow cauliflower, that’s how much time it takes for a cauli to get on your plate!
Seed preparation: Cauliflower can be transplanted and grown directly both, I prefer transplanting personally, it’s a delicate veggie, I ensure to get as many lovely curds as I can!

Soil preparation: cauliflower loves rich soil with a higher need for phosphorus, a fragile plant as cauliflower will need extra extra care on your side! It’s beautiful and has a rich taste and eye catching texture, it grows well in firm soil, ensure to add lots of organic matter and nourish the plant every 10 days!
Whether it can be transplanted: being a temperature sensitive plant its best you germinate seeds in your tray and then transplant cauliflowers.
Nutritional needs: cauliflower will need a constant care, after you’ve ensured the soil is already fertile, feed your cauliflower with boron rich fertilizer, seaweed extract, green-tea, home made compost tea every 10 days after transplanting.
Cauliflower is extremely sensitive to temperature fluctuation, if there’s rise in temperature, cover your flowers, or they’ll button out, meaning form separate florets each instead of one single crown.

Cauliflower, offcourse!

Garlic cloves
A couple like 8-10
Onions
4nos.
Fresh ajwain
2-3 fresh leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon
Vegetable broth
500ml.
Dressing
Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Rock salt
As per your taste
Black pepper
1 teaspoon
Crushed mustard powder
1 teaspoon
1 skillet for roasting
Directions
In shallow heat roast garlic, shallots and cauliflower sprinkle olive oil to get the golden sizzle, once you get browning on all your florets, put all the ingredients in a blender
In a pan add a little olive oil, roast mustard, add your soup, bring it to a boil and remove from stove.
Add black pepper, salt, lemon juice.
Garnish as you please!

In your earthen vessel or whatever is convenient for you like a pan or a pressure cooker, add oil,
add whole garam masala, stir a bit,
add all vegetables, sauté’ till golden brown,
add rice and all dry masala’s
cover and let it absorb all the aroma,
add boiled water
let it cook for a while if cooking in pressure cooker then take one whistle.
Let it rest a while, and then eat!
