Deep crimson petals of the Roselle flower — Hibiscus sabdariffa — grown along the southern coast of India. Tart, bright, and loaded with antioxidants. Steep in hot water and watch it turn the colour of a sunset. Drink it and feel it work.
Collected from the forests of Madhya Pradesh and the hills of Vietnam — the vivid blue flowers of Clitoria ternatea, known in Sanskrit as Aparajita, the unconquered. The tea is a deep sapphire blue. Add a drop of lemon and it turns violet. It is not magic — it is anthocyanins, among the most powerful antioxidants in nature.
