Build the future
of food. With us.
Greenaffair is not just a consultancy or a product company. It is a movement — and movements need people who believe in them. If you want to work with soil, food, and regenerative systems in ways that matter, there is a place for you here.
Four ways to work
with Greenaffair.
Whether you want to volunteer for a season, intern for six months, manage a nutrient-dense farm, or become a certified urban kitchen garden expert — the work is real, the learning is deep, and the purpose is clear.
You give your time. We give you real work — soil testing, farm visits, kitchen garden setup, community education, Bloom Meets organisation, documentation, and more. No formal experience required. Only genuine interest in the living world and the willingness to get your hands into it.
Most of our best long-term collaborators started as volunteers. It is how you show — and we see — that you mean it.
- Assist on soil sampling visits and farm diagnostic sessions
- Support kitchen garden installation and community garden days
- Help document field visits, crop logs, and soil observations
- Participate in Bloom Meets — our community-building events
- Contribute to content, research, and educational material
- Learn directly alongside Komal and the core team
A structured internship in regenerative agriculture, soil science, agronomy, food systems, or sustainable enterprise. You work directly with Komal and the Greenaffair team on real projects — soil diagnostics, farm design, product sourcing, community programs, and documentation.
You will leave with field experience, a strong understanding of soil biology and ecological design, and a reference from one of the most recognised practitioners in Indian regenerative agriculture.
- Soil health diagnostics — assisting with lab analysis and field interpretation
- Farm design documentation — mapping, plant lists, crop rotation plans
- Research into soil biology, microbiome health, and nutrient cycling
- Vendor and sourcing research for compost, seeds, and bio-inputs
- Writing content for client reports, educational material, and courses
- Community outreach, workshop support, and Bloom Meets coordination
We are building a network of Greenaffair-certified farm supervisors — people trained in our methodology who can manage, monitor, and guide nutrient-dense farms across India. If you have farm experience and want to operate within a regenerative framework, this is the most impactful role we offer.
Farm supervisors receive deep training in soil food web science, ecological design, biodynamic calendars, and nutrient management — becoming ground-level practitioners of everything Greenaffair designs.
- Soil food web science and microbial ecology — practical application
- Biodynamic farm calendar — planting, harvesting, and soil days
- Nutrient-dense crop management — mineral balancing, Brix testing
- Compost making, vermicomposting, and liquid bio-fertilisers
- Ecological farm design — polyculture, companion planting, water systems
- Greenaffair reporting systems — seasonal farm health reports for clients
Urban Maali is Greenaffair's certification for expert kitchen garden practitioners — people who design, build, and maintain urban food gardens using living soil, companion planting, and chemical-free methods. If you love growing food in cities and want to do it professionally, this is your path.
Certified Urban Maalis join the Greenaffair network — receiving client referrals, ongoing training, and the credibility of certification by Komal Jaiswal. This is a profession, not a hobby.
- Container and raised-bed soil building using living soil methodology
- Companion planting design for urban balconies, terraces, and backyards
- Seasonal crop planning for Indian cities — climate-zone specific
- Pest management without chemicals — beneficial insects, neem protocols
- Kitchen garden design consultations for homes, apartments, offices
- Client management, maintenance scheduling, and Greenaffair systems
How the process
works.
Tell us honestly who you are, what draws you to this work, and what you want to build. No perfect CVs required.
Every application is read personally by Komal and the team. We are not looking for qualifications — we are looking for people who mean it.
Within 48 hours we will respond — either to start a conversation or to let you know it is not the right fit right now.
If there is a fit, we design an onboarding that works for your situation. Then we get into the field.
