Build the future
of food. With us.

Greenaffair is not just a consultancy or a product company. It is a movement — and movements need people who believe in them. If you want to work with soil, food, and regenerative systems in ways that matter, there is a place for you here.

Whether you want to volunteer for a season, intern for six months, manage a nutrient-dense farm, or become a certified urban kitchen garden expert — the work is real, the learning is deep, and the purpose is clear.

How the process
works.

01
You fill the form

Tell us honestly who you are, what draws you to this work, and what you want to build. No perfect CVs required.

02
We evaluate it carefully

Every application is read personally by Komal and the team. We are not looking for qualifications — we are looking for people who mean it.

03
We get back to you

Within 48 hours we will respond — either to start a conversation or to let you know it is not the right fit right now.

04
We begin together

If there is a fit, we design an onboarding that works for your situation. Then we get into the field.

Why work with us

Real work.
Real learning. Real purpose.

01
You work in the field

Not in spreadsheets about the field. Greenaffair's work happens in soil — on farms, in gardens, in communities. Every role involves real contact with the living systems we work with.

02
You learn from Komal directly

Recognised by the President of India. Listed in Forbes 100 Most Promising Start-ups. Fifteen years of field practice. This is not a distant mentor relationship — it is direct knowledge transfer.

03
The work matters

Food security. Climate adaptation. Soil restoration. Nutrient density. These are not abstract goals — they are what Greenaffair works on every day. What you do here has consequences in the real world.

04
You join a movement

Greenaffair is not a company in the conventional sense. It is a practice — and the people who work with it become part of a network of farmers, practitioners, and community builders across India and beyond.

05
Certification and credibility

Farm supervisors and Urban Maalis receive Greenaffair certification — a credential that carries weight because of what it requires to earn and who it comes from.

06
India needs this expertise

Regenerative agriculture, urban food growing, soil science in practice — these skills are in short supply in India. People who have them will define the next generation of the country's food system.
